The Lublin Tourist and Cultural Information Centre**** (Krakowskie Przedmieście 6, Lublin) is a place where you will comprehensively plan your stay in Lublin and the Lublin Voivodeship.
We are happy to provide information on tourist attractions, cultural events, public and regional transport, we will suggest where to eat regional dishes and help you find the right accommodation.
In our shop you can buy maps and guide books about Lublin and the region, and buy interesting travel souvenirs - from original magnets to regional products. We provide bicycle rental and luggage storage. Tourists have at their disposal a computer with Internet access and free Wi-Fi. The Centre also offers audioguides to Lublin in five language versions (Polish, English, German, Ukrainian and Russian). There is a mailbox in the facility - you can also buy here postcards and postage stamps.
The facility is adapted to serve people with disabilities.
We are open for you 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday.
Luggage storage
Are you in Lublin for a short while or maybe the hotel's check-in and check-out time doesn't work for you? Use our luggage storage and do some sightseeing! The service is available every day within the Centre's working hours (April - September 9.00 - 19.00; October - March 9.00 - 17.00). The fee is 2 PLN per hour.
Bike rental
Do you like to sightsee on a bike? Or maybe you fancy a ride along the Bystrzyca river to the Zemborzycki reservoir? In the Lublin Tourist and Cultural Information Centre we have two trekking bikes for adults and two children bikes available at your disposal within the Centre's working hours (April - September 9.00 - 19.00; October - March 9.00 - 17.00). The fee is 20 PLN for the first 4 hours and 5 PLN for each next hour.
Audioguides
Go on a tour along the Old Town trail with the audioguide that will allow you to get to know the most important monuments of the Old Town and its nearest area. Sightseeing is possible in five linguistic versions: Polish, English, German, Ukrainian, and Russian. The devices are available every day within the Centre's working hours. The audioguides are also available in the form of a free mobile app: Audioprzewodnik Lublin Stare Miasto.
