HRUBIESZÓW LAND
The Hrubieszów Land is an exceptionally picturesque and still undiscovered corner of Poland, located in the southeastern part of the Lublin Voivodeship. It’s a perfect destination for a family holiday, away from the everyday city noise. One unique spot is the reconstructed Goth Village in Masłomęcz, where the region's capital was established by the Goths in the 2nd century AD.

The unique natural and cultural values of the Łuków Land, along with its 330-kilometer network of bicycle trails, make it a perfect destination for fans of active tourism. The Regional Museum in Łuków houses a rich collection of peculiar fossils from millions of years ago—specifically, ammonites. These creatures date back to the time of the dinosaurs. After your lesson in archaeology, it’s time for some essential reading: "In Desert and Wilderness." Coincidentally, its author, Henryk Sienkiewicz, was born in nearby Wola Okrzejska, where a museum dedicated to the writer is now located. For some fun, consider visiting the "Amonit" Recreation and Educational Forest Complex in Klimki or Deskaj Park in Łuków. There are also many attractions around the Zimna Woda Reservoir.
