LOITiK bike rental is equipped with single-speed bicycles made by the Polish company Arkus & Romet. All bikes have a set of lights, a bell, mudguards, a carrier and a cable lock preventing bicycle theft. Having in mind the safety of the rider, we provide a bike helmet to every rented bicycle. The rules and conditions of bike rental are stipulated in the regulations below.
Rules and regulations of bike rental at The Tourist and Cultural Information Centre in Lublin:
1. Fee for renting a bike is 14 PLN per 4 hours and 3,50 PLN for every next begun hour. Fee for renting a bike for one day (24 hours) is 40 PLN. Fee for renting a bike is collected in advance.
2. The return deposit for one bike amounts to 100 PLN and is paid on the moment of renting bike.
3. For the time of rental, LOITiK retains the deposit refered to in section 2. of these Rules and Regulations.
4. Client must show a photo ID in order to rent a bike.
5. A LOITiK employee may refuse the rental of a bike without specifying the reason if the Customer is considered unreliable.
6. Whilst renting a bike Customer accepts full liability for any damages which may occur during the time at its use from the moment of signing (approval) of the Rules and Regulations until the moment of returning the bike. In case of breakage, damage or theft of a bike the Customer is required to cover the costs in whole (e.g. payment for a stolen
bike along with its equipment amounts to 600 PLN + rental fee).
7. The Customer relinquishes any claims with respect to LOITiK bike rental on account of accidents incurred damages or injuries sustained whilst using the rented bikes.
8. The Customer is responsible for proper protection of the bike and its equipment from theft and damages.
9. LOITiK bike rental guarantees that all rented bikes are in full technical running order. All bikes have full lighting compliant with the provisions of road traffic.
10. The bikes has to be returned on declared and paid for sholl result in the collection of additional payment in compliance with the rental price list.
11. Renting and returning of bikes takes place at LOITiK bike rental at Jezuicka Street 1/3, Lublin
12. Regulations have been prepared in the following languages: Polish and English. If in doubt, both the content and interpretation of these Regulations, the binding version of the Regulations is the Polish version.
