Internet and computer use rules in Tourist and Cultural Information Centre in Lublin:

1. This sets of rules regulates terms and conditions for customers in relation to using internet and computers in Tourist andCultural Information Centre in Lublin (LOITiK). All Customers are obligated to read this document and follow its conditions.

2. Fee for using internet is 1 zl per 10 min. First 5 min are free.

3. One Client can use internet maximum 15 min.

4. All Customers of LOITiK are obligated to follow instructions of proper usage of equipment and to inform immediately LOITiK staff in case of any malfunction, breakage or absence of equipment.

5. Customer is obligated to use internet access at LOITiK according to technical, social and moral rules. It`s forbidden to play on-line games, listen to loud music or surf erotic or pornography and socially questionable websites.

6. In case of damaging equipment (spillage, breakage) by Customer, he/she is responsible to cover expenses of repairing/buying new equipment.

7. All attempts of hacking or unauthorized accessing to servers will cause computer to be switched off immediately. Customer will be responsible for any damages that his/her actions may cause.

8. LOITiK is not taking responsibility for content of information acquired by customer through internet and if it up to date, copyrighted or restricted in any way.

9. Internet Café staff is not taking any responsibility of items/clothes left in LOITiK.

10. One computer station can be used by one Customer unless LOITiK staff will allow more people to use it. In this case member of staff will provide additional chair.

11. LOITiK staff in certain situations has right to deny Customer to access computers (ex. when customer is too loud, not sober or behaved badly last time).

12. It is forbidden to drink alcohol, and use bad language while using internet access in LOITiK.

13. Customer can be brought to for full criminal, civil and substantial law responsibility in case of not following terms and conditions of Internet and computer use.

14. Regulations have been prepared in the following languages: Polish and English.If in doubt, both the content and interpretation of these Regulations, the binding version of the Regulations is the Polish version.
